- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related field required- Must have 5+ years of experience with compensation - Knowledge of applicable Federal and State labor laws is required- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Power Point)- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
- Previous experience with Lawson HRIS/Payroll a plus- Previous Human Resources experience is preferred- 3+ years managerial experience; previous experience in a health care setting is preferred
