So let’s get to work!The Project Manager will:- Manage the startup and planning for WUSM FPP migration to Epic Revenue Cycle. - Provide ongoing support and enhancement for our client’s Epic system.- Ensure accurate data is captured for functional area of expertise and ensures proper utilization of the Epic system takes place by end users. - Act as a resource to functional area of expertise for training, and stays updated on process flows to ensure best practices are adopted for our client to get the best use out of the system. - Serve as a senior resource and mentor to others on the Epic team.- Lead the revenue cycle PMs as they prepare for, and execute build, test, and deployment activities. - Support decision making and advising on decisions and approach while leading coordination across streams and the PMO. - Provide industry lead practices for future state workflows and design. - Attend weekly application team meetings and act as a liaison between application teams and Revenue Cycle Leadership team. - Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a project manager, implementing all Rev Cycle modules of Epic in an ambulatory setting - EPIC Certification in Resolute Professional Billing OR Cadence AND Prelude - Experience leading an Epic Rev Clycle implementation for large ambulatory practice- Experience working in a PMO organization - Leading Change and managing projects in a large, complex environment - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred- General knowledge of University and Medical School culture and practices
