LRS is adding a Support Specialist to our team. This position will preferable be based in our Anaheim, CA office. The position could also be based in our Springfield, IL location.Responsibilities for this position include:• Work with Hewlett Packard support Escalation Team and our Channel partners to troubleshoot customer escalations and product defects.• Provide support for qualification effort related to HP OEM solutions.• Manages daily efforts for pre-sales support customer proof of concepts.• Provide support and troubleshooting for pre and post sales.• Provide support and training.• Work with product engineering efforts on solution and firmware issues.• Support solution training, demonstrations, and trade shows.Success Factors:Your success will be measured by your problem solving, customer service, leadership and communication skills. Applicant Requirements:MCSA Certified or one year of work experience with the following:• MS Windows 2012 server• SQL Server • IIS configuration/troubleshooting• Network troubleshooting/wiresharkYou must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer. No visa sponsorships available for this position.Additional Skills:• Must be able to communicate in a professional manner both written and verbal.• Occasional travel including domestic and international.• Must work occasionally off hours supporting international customers.• Spanish a plus but not required.• Printer background a plus but not required.
