The Product Tech Recruiter will:- Be responsible for sourcing and selecting qualified technical candidates to fill open job requirements provided by hiring manager’s requests.- Understand and learn the details of each job requisition and its requirements.- Understand the priority of the requisition and the differences between direct and process requirements.- Identify qualified technical candidates utilizing various sources – available to recruiter including but not limited to resume database, employment web sites, referrals, own network, etc.- Conduct preliminary technical interview to assess technical skill level, as well as communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.- Have experience with full cycle recruitment including but not limited to effective sourcing, pre-screening and closing through the offer stage.- Format resumes highlighting the necessary skill sets as it relates to job requirements and in accordance with companies resume submittal guidelines.- Negotiate pay rates with consultant candidates in alignment with company requirements and hiring manager’s discretion.- Submit appropriate qualified resumes for each requirement as required by client.- Send internet ads out on employment websites, employees, sub-tier companies, as necessary.- Contact candidates to establish relationship and sell Company.- Build and maintain candidate relationships, keeping candidates engaged throughout the process.- Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn and other social networks.- Consistently explore new sourcing techniques and creative ways to uncover and connect with technical candidates.To apply, please submit your resume to hropp@LRS.com. - 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting in a product development corporate environment- Experience with applicant tracking system (Taleo) or similar ATS experience required- Experience broad with sourcing, section and onboarding of technical talent- Experience recruiting mobile application UX Design & Development jobs - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
- Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree desirable
