The Systems Engineer will:- Support our Track & Trace initiative by providing IT expertise in areas of Infrastructure & Software; will be responsible for supporting implementation of Track & Trace solution throughout our environment. - Be a contributing member of the Serialization Core Team. - Install, troubleshoot and support Track & Trace server hardware/software in a multi-server, multi-platform environment. - Support all Track & Trace interfaced manufacturing devices such as printers, switches, and workstations. - Provide Microsoft SQL support (basic queries & data extraction). - Manage IT Change Control process for all Track & Trace Infrastructure & Software changes. - Support and troubleshoot serialization Line software and line PC. - Support and troubleshoot serialization Site server and software. - Support and maintain site serialization databases. - Support and troubleshoot interface issues with EPCIS.- Be expected to be fully compliant with all criteria established by governmental agencies, Ministry of Health, and legislative requirements including, but not limited to: the FDA, European Community (EC), ISO 13485 - Medical Devices, European Economic Community Medical Device Directive (MDD), Canadian Medical Device Regulations (CMDR), OSHA, Sarbanes-Oxley, EPA, DOT, EEOC, and ADA. - Work to ensure that the company is in compliance with all environmental, health and safety requirements and assure our business practices enhance the welfare of our customers, employees and the community in which we operate. - Have flexibility to respond to critical system issues and perform infrastructure updates outside normal business hours. - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or other related discipline- 5+ years’ experience implementing and supporting client/server architectures with a strong grasp of basic networking concepts- Experience in Optel (Track & Trace Vendor); Line Master technologies preferred- Demonstrated experience with Windows Server OS, including SQL server management studio- Project management experience, including strong organizational and time management skills- Technically proficient in Windows Server 2008\2012 & Windows 7 - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
- Experience with Tracelink Pharmaceutical Track & Trace Network preferred - Experience in a GxP regulated environment preferred - Experience with manufacturing systems preferred - Experience with line printers preferred
