The Maintenance Records Specialist will:- Work the schedule of 4AM - 2PM, Sunday - Wednesday. - Audit maintenance packages of work accomplished, log page discrepancies and deferred maintenance items (MCAUDIT). - Review documentation of maintenance accomplished for accuracy, proper sign-off and compliance.- Report all errors to CASS as appropriate.- Perform data entry in the maintenance computer system.- Perform the removal and installation of components.- Review and update AD documentation and modification compliance.- Ensure all scheduled maintenance has been audited and updated in the system.- Enter repair text for HT certs, clearing HT B/C tags. - Work the PCI report.- Perform Mod set up, 2nd stamp on tags, NRC/TLD entry, 8130 entry, Engine changes.- Monitor correction requests, Supervisor emails and other problem issues for Tech Ops (excluding special parts issues - Parts Team).- Train Technician to perform bump-up Specialist duties.- Fill in for Technicians when necessary.- Train to fulfill Analyst bump-up duties.- Work on special projects as necessary for other Teams.To apply, please submit your resume to hropp@LRS.com. - Previous experience in a related records specialist role- Experience scanning and indexing maintenance records- Data entry experience - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
