The Quality Coordinator will:- Conduct Quality Process Auditing and complete Division Quality Reports from multiple Operations and Product Development sources. - Be responsible for providing Support, Training and Review of offshore suppliers to generate Quality Reports for accuracy and content.- Provide the Construction & Forestry Division with on-site support to include: data entry; report creation, distribution and management; coordinate and participate in quality auditing; and, provide occasional back-up assistance for other quality technician activities. - Perform assembly quality auditing to include reviewing work instructions, tools and fixtures, and adherence to assembly quality standards for hydraulic, air-conditioning, electrical and other functional area criteria.- Perform reporting activities to include Operator Certification, Initial Product Quality, Dealer Comments, Product First Pass Yield, Gages and Torque Tools, Product Audit, Factory Test Stand, Problem Resolution Cycle Time, and Engineering Deviation Authorizations. - Seek to improve efficiency and standardize quality reports; this will include reviewing current quality reports, whether generated in-house or off-shore, and optimize the content and format; and also reviewing all current reports with Reliability and other groups to eliminate redundancies. - Be required to work with and support information systems, databases and repositories used by Division Quality in support of Operations and Product Development.- Schedule audits, record issues and maintain audit information.- Oversee quality report generation at Technical Center India (TCI).- Support and train TCI staff to generate report documentation.- Maintain operator station list accuracy.To apply, please submit your resume to hropp@LRS.com.
