The Scrum Master will:- Act as Scrum master for 1-3 agile teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards project/release goals while also improving the way they work.- Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-up, retrospective and sprint reviews/demos. - Assist (where applicable) the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed. - Ensure cross-team coordination. - Partner with program/project managers to ensure product delivery and client delivery are coordinated and delivered with appropriate prioritization. - Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing and help improve delivery.To apply, please submit your resume to hropp@LRS.com. - At least 10 years of IT project and service delivery experience- At least 2 years experience working as a Scrum Master- Advanced knowledge of Agile principles - Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle - Experience with tools/processes supporting Continuous Delivery- Agile planning / execution tools (e.g. Rally, Jira, etc)- MS Project or equivalent experience - Sharepoint experience - MS Office experience - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
- Experience with automated testing principles and tools a plus- Life insurance industry experience a plus- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
