The IS Clinical Analyst will:- Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs. - Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written; design, code, test, debug, document and maintain those programs. - Consult directly with clinical and business users, and provide second-tier support to end users to ensure reliable application system availability and performance. - Work on Access and Registration with the Epic project. - Partner with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. - Provide Tier 2 support to end users for server or mainframe applications, and hardware. - Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. - Analyze and direct the development and creation of new code or the redesign, implementation and repurposing of existing code. - Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations. - Must have a minimum of 3 years Epic experience - Must be Cadence/Prelude certified - Epic experience and certification required- Experience with Upgrades (e.g. Nova notes, follow-up, build) - Testing (Integrated, MRT testing) - Go-Live support - Demonstrated effective Microsoft office suite skills - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred- RTE - Security - Reporting - Facility Structure - Appointment conversion planning & execution - Elbow to elbow Epic assistance with daily problem solving
