The Senior Analyst will: - Facilitate sessions for the purpose of identifying and capturing service requirements.- Facilitate negotiations between all internal and external service providers to ensure ability to achieve SLAs.- Manage situations where customer service requirements are either not technically nor economically feasible.- Maintain the customer agreement portfolio containing all service agreements for delivery services to customers.- Monitor service level performance.- Define and utilize service level reporting to identify breaches and trends.- Ensure all IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, Operational Level Agreements, and underpinning contracts are appropriate and support the achievement of the agreed Service Level Agreements.- Develop working relationships with internal business process owners, Supply Chain, Application and Infrastructure teams to define SLAs/OLAs/Underpinning Contracts. - 4+ years of experience in developing, engineering and improving IT Service Level Management processes- 4+ years of experience in creating, managing and maintaining process diagrams and process definition documents- 3+ years of experience in defining SLM process metrics, CSFs and KPIs- 3+ years of experience in measuring and trending SLM metrics and KPIs- 4+ years of experience using BMC/Remedy, ServiceNow, UniCenter, IBM etc. - Must have Service Management and Service Level Management experience - Must possess hands-on experience in the implementation and operations of the entire SLM process- ITIL Foundation Certification- Strong business background- Experience gathering requirements directly with the customer- Experience developing overall process, transaction, and reporting system design- Experience writing functional requirements for systems implementations and system test scripts- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
