This team is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing a common platform for web based applications that assist our customers in making informed healthcare decisions. It is a large scale, high volume platform supporting scores of applications and processing millions of page views per day.- Be responsible for infrastructure development including build/deploy automation, production and test environment creation and support, software configuration management, and system admin functions; strong leadership skills are necessary to develop and implement new systems and processes. - A strong background in automation, scripting, and system administration - Experience defining and establishing efficient build/deploy processes - Continuous build and test automation experience - Orchestration experience with Ansible- Experience utilizing scripting solutions as necessary, including bash - Experience supporting development and integration environments - Experience providing support to a variety of internal customers - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
1+ years of experience with each of these preferred:- Git, Artifactory, Jenkins- Maven, Gradle- Apache, Tomcat- Robot, Selenium, JUnit - Eclipse, IntelliJ- Vmware - Rally- Oracle, Mongo- Knowledge of build/deploy architectures - Experience defining and establishing efficient build/deploy architecture and processes from scratch - Experience managing virtual machines - Experience acting as administrator for a source control system - Experience installing and supporting third party tools - Experience working across organizations such as Configuration Management, Database, Operations and other Development teams to coordinate activities- Experience with healthcare application development is a plus - Experience with Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum
