The Lead Data Management Specialist will:- Re-credential commercial network.- Send out packets via e-mail, fax, or mail; log what is sent out and received back. - Complete Verisys checks; escalate any issues; image and store updated documents.- Assist in follow up on remaining TennCare attestation outreach and processing as above.- Distribute and collect FWA Attestations; send out FWA Attestation confirming CMS Training completed (via e-mail, fax, or mail); log what is sent out and received back. Image and store documents.- Continue follow up until complete.- Be responsible for timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of provider records or credentialing and contract information in multiple databases. Maintain highly confidential information. - Research and resolve questions and complaints, and ensure that information in all databases is accurate and properly configured to support operations. - Be responsible for analyzing system impact, process analysis and testing automated solutions when business problems require automated information systems solutions. - Be responsible for monitoring special projects, reporting progress, and coordinating efforts across teams. May help train lower level peers.- Perform review, correspondence and timely, accurate record set-up and data entry. Support internal auditing process to ensure data accuracy and integrity.- Research and resolve issues and ensure systems are updated, timely, appropriately and accurately.- Respond to requests to update or change information and ensure that all changes are made within operational guidelines and accurately support all other systems related functions.- Configure systems, as necessary, to support department needs. Run standardized reports. Develop and document complex workflows and process analysis.- Research and respond to providers and other internal staff regarding complex inquiries. Develop solutions and communicate outcomes by telephone and in writing.- Support the implementation of new business by ensuring providers are appropriately and accurately loaded in all applicable systems.- Record daily activities using electronic and manual systems as directed.- Provide consultation and information to area offices regarding the composition of the provider network or specific provider statuses. Forward provider requests for network inclusion to the area offices for review and approval.- Assist representatives with detailed information in order to answer provider questions and return provider calls, as requested, to communicate resolution and/or appropriate course of action.- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.To apply, please submit your resume to hropp@LRS.com. - Bachelor's Degree - 5+ years experience in customer service, data management, communications, or credentialing verifications required- 3+ years experience in behavioral health or related industry- Must possess a high level of technical aptitude and be able to organize and manage information in multiple system environments - Proficiency in Word processing and Excel spreadsheet applications - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
