The Network Engineer will:- Perform Code Upgrades.- Perform hardware upgrades/installs.- Update MS Visio diagrams.- Create and review Method of Procedure (MOP documentation).- Create and update Change tickets.- Provide highest tier network support and serve as a technical escalation point.- Provide technical support of F5 load balancers as well as Cisco Nexus switches.- Define networking environment designs and security standards.- Develop, implement and maintain high quality documentation.- Participate in and follow industry organizations keeping up with emerging security research.- Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.- Know, understand and follow company policy.- Perform other duties as requested by manager.To apply, please submit your resume to hropp@LRS.com. - 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer- Experience with F5 Load Balancers or Cisco Nexus Switches- Must have experience working on a project for Charter Communications within the last 3 months - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
- Cisco CCNP, CCNA preferred - F5 Certification preferred
