Application Requirements: You must have at least two years of experience as a recruiter directly with LRS Consulting services – or 5 years of experience in the IT Staffing Industry recruiting high level IT professionals. You must have demonstrated success using the telephone to cold call candidates and turning them into applicants for open positions. Stronger candidates will have experience mentoring less experienced recruiters. You will need effective interpersonal and communications skills. You will work both independently and as part of a team. You will work with confidential information and will need to maintain confidentiality. You will develop broad technical knowledge of the infrastructure, applications development, engineering along with a variety of other technologies. You will need to develop a clear understanding of our consulting business and the consulting marketplace. You must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer. No visa sponsorships are available.
