The Data Analyst will:- Develop and update programs for data transmission and statistic analysis. - Develop programs to process data for reports according to specifications of the sponsors. - Develop Quality Control programs to verify various data collected. - Supervise and participate in monthly data submissions to pharmaceutical companies. - Work with the data management department and pharmaceutical companies when requests come in for additional data. - Validate and test existing program codes. - Review Application Development’s performance against established metrics. - Provide study/project specific training to assigned resources prior to study start-up, as necessary. - Be knowledgeable of other BMS department SOPs, processes and guidelines related to Application Development. - Experience with SAS (Base, Stats, Macro, etc.)- Ability to understand and implement data management processes per GDMP (Grid Data Management Pilot)- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
- Experience with CDISC SDTM/CDASH is a plus
