The Project Manager will:- Lead the proposal operations process, beginning with initial intake activities and on through to successful proposal submission. This role plays a critical role in proposal success. Serve a key role in planning, managing and measuring the overall activities of large scale proposals. - Be responsible for providing project management planning, execution and reporting to the proposal project team and leadership. - Provide oversight and management of all department workflow. - Develop, maintain and generate regular reports for leadership team. - Manage daily operational aspects of a proposal project and scope, including meeting facilitation and documentation.- Develop a detailed project charter to serve as the critical communication tool for key stakeholders buy in and expectation setting.- Create and execute project work plans and revise to meet changing needs and requirements. - Identify necessary resources and assign individual responsibilities. - Prepare for project reviews and quality assurance procedures. - Prepare reports and/or dashboards for enterprise project activity. Develop, maintain and distribute customized reports that are used for departmental staffing projections.- Provide oversight and management of workflow requirements to support effective and efficient operations. - Review and develop workflow processes and policies to ensure effective/efficient operations.- Create online proposal folders (i.e. SharePoint).- Complete and distribute routine and ad hoc reports to staff and leadership team. - Oversee and manage proposal submission portals.To apply, please submit your resume to hropp@LRS.com. - Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Healthcare, Marketing, etc.) - 3+ years of project management or job related experience in a medium to large-scale corporation- 3+ years of report development and maintenance experience - 3+ years of experience in a proposal environment- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Product Suite, specifically Excel, Access and Visio- Knowledge of project management practices and methodologies- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies- Financial Management knowledge; understanding of basic financial models and budgeting- Knowledge of health care management - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
- Master's degree is a plus
