On August 15, 2011, LRS announced general availability of V2 R1.1 of our mainframe-based output management software. It is longstanding LRS policy to support the two most recent versions of our products. As such, LRS is announcing that we are functionally stabilizing our VPS® V1 R8.0, DRS V1 R3.4, and PageCenter® V1 R1.1 products and related mainframe-based output management solutions.

Beginning April 1, 2012, no further enhancements or support will be available for the functionally stabilized versions of these LRS products. A full list of these software products is available at the following link: www.lrs.com/eom/pdf/EOMSupportSep2011.pdf.

The V1 R8.0 release of our mainframe products was introduced more than a decade ago. Since that time, the LRS development team has made substantial improvements to enhance both the performance and stability of our software. The current V2 R1.1 release includes a number of enhancements, which are detailed at the following link: http://www.lrs.com/eom/PDF/V2R11Products.pdf. Customers may upgrade to the most current software or may opt to install the V2 R1.0 release, which has been available and supported since May of 2007.
