VMCF Demo Guide

1. Login as webdemo / webdemo.
2. The Printer List can be tailored using View, Sort, Masking, & Preferences.
3. Click All Views. Select different views. Each view selects and orders fields, etc. Views can also be created (with authority).
4. From the Printer List, click Preferences > Printer Colors (associates conditions).
5. Cancel Preferences and return to Printer List
6. Click Masking (top left). A mask limits what information is shown. Criteria are selectable. Cancel to return to Printer List.
7. Select a printer and select Commands to see a list of commands for that printer. Click on Return to get back to the Printer List.
8. Click on a printer with retained jobs.
9. Click on the Retain tab.
10. Select a job and click on Reroute. A list of available printers is displayed.
    Note: Rerouting a job requires proper authority.
11. Click Return and then click Return again to go back to the Printer List.
12. The Printer List displays information such as Status. Click on IP address of DEMOBIP1 to go to printer's web server.
13. Close the printer's status web page.
14. Click on a printer with retained jobs.
15. Click on Retain tab.
16. Click on a job to view it.
17. Click on Local Print to specify a line range (close to return).
18. Click on Save to File and specify a line range (close to return).
19. Click on Main (top right) to go to direct links to other LRS products.
20. Click on Help and take a quick review of screen navigation and commands.
