All ten conference schools receive network bundle for sports programs.
Springfield, IL - June 19, 2009 – SWAC® implements LRS® Sports technology with network bundled video-editing solutions conference-wide for its ten schools. Each network bundle includes a server, 2 laptops, video-editing software, camera with accessories, and skills transfer tutorials. Annual support for the 5-year deal is also included for each school.
“We are certainly honored that SWAC chose to partner with LRS Sports for the next five years,” comments Dan McCain, LRS Sports Senior Manager.“We are excited and committed to doing all we can to enhance the student athlete experience as well as providing solutions that lead to increased efficiencies, modern technology, and better coaching tools.”
This is the first conference-wide solution install for SWAC. The President’s Council of SWAC researched the concept several years prior to the decision being made. With the guidance and feedback of the Athletic Directors and the Sr. Women’s Administration, Commissioner Duer Sharp kept progress moving forward to a decision.
SWAC schools will begin using the new video technologies in Summer of 2009.
