Our Support Team builds, configures, and tests all systems before shipping them to the customer's site. This service assures customers will receive a working system and provides our staff with a working knowledge of the customer's hardware and software configuration. A support team member may also travel to your site to install your system and test it.
In complex environments, we may also conduct a pre-installation site survey. A support team member will travel to your site and inspect your facilities to make sure it provides adequate power, cooling, and networking for your system.
