The responsibilities of the project manager begin by holding a kickoff meeting, introducing the project team, and creating the project plan according to your needs. The PM then ensures that the project stays on track and within budget while providing regular status reports to you.
The project manager tracks and coordinates all process steps and will notify you of any issues affecting the target launch date or cost, with suggestions for corrective action. He or she will be your main point of contact for content-related issues.
