What is the benefit of having an IO Assessment?Although any organization can benefit from an IO assessment, those with more than 800-1,000 PCs will see the biggest potential savings by optimizing their infrastructure.
As part of the IO Assessment, your organization will receive a four-hour overview of IO which will include a presentation by LRS Consulting Services team members, and an interactive discussion of your organization’s current infrastructure challenges related to your existing IO model. The overview will detail the findings of LRS from our discussions with your internal IT team members. LRS recommends that the CIO, directors, and infrastructure managers attend this session in order to gain an overview of your current status and the recommendations that can enhance your operation.
As part of the assessment, LRS Consulting Services will create an IO Current State Document with IO categorization that will include a detailed explanation of how and why the organization is categorized as it is. Consulting Services will also provide your organization with an IO Road Map to specifically address what steps your organization will need to take in order to achieve the next level of IO maturity. We’ll prioritize our findings and detail the areas that will return the greatest cost savings for you.
