ATPPS07 - PerformancePoint Server 2007

This three day course is a instructor-led tour of Microsoft PerformancePoint Server 2007. The purpose of the course is to provide students with general and detailed information on the architecture and utilization of PerformancePoint Server to monitor and analyze key business metrics as well as plan and model business metrics.

Prerequisites

During the three days of class through lecture and hands-on exercises students will be familiarized with a comprehensive view of PerformancePoint system architecture and learn how to build business models and monitor and analyze key business metrics with PerformancePoint dashboards and scorecards.
Students should have previously taken LRS-SSAS or meet the following prerequisites:
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows operating system

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and multi-dimensional data structures and OLAP principals
