Job Description:
LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Project Manager for a year long contract in Wichita, KS. (may be extended)
Job Role:
Project Manger needed with application development experience and the ability to manage highly complex projects. Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment and knows how to get things done within deadlines.
Key attributes include: strong leadership experience, an ability to communicate with all levels- executive to peers, work with a sense of urgency, take ownership and willing to challenge process in a constructive manner, assertive- not waiting to be told, eager to learn, flexible and respectful of others opinions, able to work with a variety of personalities, knows how to drive the team in a way that fosters collaboration and each member of the team understands their contribution and works towards the common goal.
Must be able to establish the project plan, manage the project scope, effectively schedule and set timelines, report progress to all levels.

Requirements:
4 year degree
Minimum 3 years PM experience
Candidates must live within a 200 mile radius from Wichita KS
Must have previous experience as a PM working with application development.
Optional Skills:
Process improvement
Experience in trading/financial banking
Formal process improvement methodology experience.
Job Type:
