Job Description:
LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Help Desk Technician potentially through June 2011 in Central Illinois.
Job Summary:
Help Desk Technician needed to perform in-depth problem analysis and perform quality control duties including ticket, solution, and troubleshooting process reviews. You will be in direct contact with end users and will be expected to provide ongoing enhancement of Help Desk tools.

Requirements:
3+ years of Help Desk experience and/or providing direct user support
3+ years of technical experience in a Microsoft environment and/or MCP certification
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using the English language
