LRS Consulting Services is currently seeking six Business/Systems Analysts for up to 12 month contracts in a Fort Worth, Texas location.

Job Summary: Work under the direction of a program manager on a large IT project supporting the Sales department.

Act as a business analyst/requirements analyst to translate business requirements into Use Cases and Business Process Diagrams.

Other responsibilities may include maintaining various project management documentation, including project goals, project plans, action logs, risk logs, and meeting minutes.

Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.

Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.

Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.

Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
Assist in Program Manager in project management duties.

Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
Minimum 5-7 years IT project experience required (as requirements analyst or project manager)
Experience writing Use Cases to document requirements
Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models(Required). Knowledge of tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project (Required)
Minimum 1 year Microsoft Project, Project Management, Requirements Gathering, Use Cases

Optional Skills:
MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. Minimum 1 year Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Agile Methodology.
