Job Description:
The LRS Sports group is seeking a C#/WPF consultant for at least a 6-8 week contract. The contract is not expected to last more than 2 months. As the LRS Sports C#/WPF consultant, you will be responsible for the design, development and integration of various features into the current development project. The LRS Sports Product Group develops and markets a system that combines the power of digital video editing with a database application to provide an integrated, nonlinear editing and tendency scouting system. The system allows the user to have instant access to any video or scouting report on file. The system was developed for sports teams at all levels.
Various contract options will be considered. The position is based in Springfield, IL, flexible hours are available.
Requirements:
The Drawing Tool consultant must have experience in the following areas:
•WPF experience
•XAML
•.NET 3.5 SP1
You will be a stronger candidate if you have experience with any of the following areas:
•C# (it is a big plus if you have this experience)
•Silverlight
•MV-VM experience
•CAD or Graphic Design application development experience
•UI Design for a visual designer application
•3D modeling tool development
You must have authorization to work in the USA for any employer for the length of the contract. No visa sponsorships are available.
Organization Structure and Interfaces:
The LRS Sports Product Group develops, markets, and supports a digital video editing and analysis system. This system converts the analog signal from videotape into digital video files for immediate access. Statistical analysis is fully integrated into the system, allowing detailed examination of tendencies and the associated video. This solution was developed as a comprehensive video storage, playback, and analysis system for sports teams at all levels. Primary markets are football and basketball at the collegiate level and football at the professional and high school levels.
The LRS Sports Group has 23 employees and one supervisor for support who reports to the LRS Sports Senior Manager. LRS Sports also employs certified technicians, trainers and product development professionals who work in Springfield.
