Job Description:

LRS Consulting Services is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for a 6 month contract with our client in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Responsibilities include: providing information technology help desk support via phone, including handling complex customer inquiries and requests for assistance with personal computer (PC) hardware and software. Will also identify, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex to complex end-user computer software and hardware problems. Will utilize a thorough understanding of functionality and strong problem solving skills to provide assistance and support to customers. Independently complete installations, upgrades and maintenance of microcomputers and peripheral equipment.

Requirements:

Required Skills

At least one year of Windows help desk experience
Three years of Windows help desk experience in an enterprise environment preferred
Experience with ticketing software required
Must have permanent authorization to work for any employer without sponsorship.
Must be able to pass a background and stringent credit check

Optional Skills:
- Experience providing Blackberry support highly preferred
- Experience providing Lotus Notes support highly preferred
