The responsibilities of this position include:
•Develop and maintain a good understanding of the Business and Technology Strategies and identifies/designs Architectures that will enable the company to support the strategies
•Facilitates the development of strategies and roadmaps that depict movement from current state to future state
•Responsible for guiding the IT organization in reducing complexity and simplifying the delivery of services and solutions
•Assist in defining EA principles, guidelines and supporting review processes, and for coordinating the integration of these processes

-Seven or more years of experience in at least two IT disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment including technical architecture, network design, application development, middleware, servers and storage, database management and operations
-Seven or more years of experience building and ever-greening IT enterprise architecture and governance programs and associated best practices
-Proven ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions
-Proven ability to lead and facilitate the creation of governing principles and supporting processes to guide EA decision making
-Experience in strategic planning, gap analysis and roadmap development
-Experience building trust, aligning priorities and nurturing effective working relationships between multiple constituents
-Candidate must have ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)
-Candidate must have authorization to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship

-Reference Architecture experience
-Experience in establishing EA center of excellence
-Worked as solution architect before
-COTS Technical evaluation experience
