LRS provides a competitive cash compensation package for its employees.
Time Away From Work
We provide 9 paid holidays and 6 sick occurrences per year. Our paid time off plan provides 15 days for 1-6 years of service, 20 days for 7-11 years of service, and 25 days for 12 or more years of service.
At LRS we work hard and we play hard. LRS maintains a health club at corporate headquarters. We offer a full line of Nautilus equipment, pool, sauna, whirlpool, free weights, racquetball courts, and locker rooms on site.
LRS offers a comprehensive array of insurance coverage for employees. LRS provides health and dental insurance for employees. Coverage for spouses, qualified dependents, or significant others is surprisingly affordable. Life and disability coverage is also provided for employees. Vision, supplemental life, spouse and dependent life coverage is available with the cost borne by the employee.
We offer a flexible benefit plan to employees so that they can select the options that best fit their needs.
LRS employees can contribute to a 401k retirement plan and direct their personal investments. Contributions to this plan are made with pre-tax dollars. LRS will match personal contributions up to a maximum of 5% of compensation. Employees and company contributions are always 100% vested when deposited.
The mental enrichment of employees is critical to the ongoing success of our company. We offer tuition reimbursement to employees for technology and business related curricula.
Employee PC Loan Program
After your first year, employees are eligible for participation in an interest-free PC Loan Program. Employees can borrow up to $3,600 for the purchase of hardware and/or software.
