LRS® is widely recognized as an industry leader in quality technical support and is constantly striving to provide our customers with an unparalleled level of technical support service.  Technical support for the suite of products from Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. is provided to all customers with current maintenance contracts.  Maintenance includes upgrades to new releases and/or fix levels, problem analysis and debugging, and assistance with user exits.  Customers with current maintenance can also access online technical support, including maintenance resolutions and documentation, by searching the Product Support Database.

LRS is committed to being responsive and keeping you informed of our progress as we investigate and/or mitigate any reported security concern. You will receive a non-automated response to your request addressing your concern/question.
