YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF USING THE CODE. THE CODE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT, WILL LRS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR OTHER ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THAT MIGHT OCCUR AS A RESULT OF THE PERFORMANCE OR USE OR POSSESSION OF THE CODE, EVEN IF LRS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The laws of the United States and the State of Illinois govern this Agreement.
