City, Water, Light & Power CWLP, houses the Information Technology Infrastructure for nearly 155,000 residents in Springfield, IL. Providing energy and water is CWLP’s primary function for the city. However, CWLP’s IT department handles all the data transactions for the city’s utilities and municipalities. This includes data storage and transactions for the public sectors of police, fire, schools, substations, treasury, and city clerk.
Hertzberg-New Method, Inc.
The primary computing platform at HNM is an IBM iSeries System. Because HNM employees used green screen terminals, they did not have access to saved iSeries spool files for fax, email and printing purposes. Macon County, Illinois
LRS® IT Solutions provided Macon County with a web-based solution that allows attorneys and the general public see public court information in real-time. The entire system is hosted on an IBM System i On Demand Server. This secure system provides immediate access to live data, while preventing unauthorized users from seeing confidential information.
