WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE PACKAGES?

  • The BASIC package is our regular service offering for network problems, internet security, and email support without any commitment to hours and emergency repair/break-fix service.

  • The STANDARD package includes the emergency repair as well as specific, scheduled IT support services and online data backup for disaster recovery to improve performance and relieve over-worked IT staff. The advantage to going with this package is that our technical specialists will be aware of your IT infrastructure and usage which will enable them to make specific recommendations for saving money and improving performance.

  • The STANDARD PRO package includes emergency repair and our standard services as well as online data backup for disaster recovery and proactive monitoring of your IT infrastructure. The remote storage option provides cost-effective online data backup or onsite backup for quick file recovery. The remote monitoring enables us to monitor your IT performance all month long, provide accurate cost-saving recommendations, and receive alerts if something needs attention.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE THE REMOTE MONITORING IN ORDER TO GET CHARGED $155/HR RATE?

Simply signing the contract for a year activates the reduced rate. The Pro level simply makes you eligible for the remote monitoring. You cannot get remote monitoring unless you sign up for the Pro level.

HOW IS DIGITAL DATA BACKUP DIFFERENT THAN ONLINE DATA BACKUP?

Online data backup stores data on a server. Digital data backup relies on installed hardware on location.

WHY WOULD I CHOOSE DIGITAL BACKUP INSTEAD OF ONLINE DATA BACKUP?

Only customers that would benefit from speed and accessibility in retrieving backed up data would benefit from digital data backup on location, as that is significantly different enough to make a difference. Online data backup may take a few hours (depending on volume of data to be retrieved) and digital data backup could be immediate.

WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER REMOTE MONITORING?

Remote monitoring allows us to keep an eye on your network while not being connected to your network or physically at their location. The system will also notify us when something goes wrong on your network often without you having to contact us directly.

HOW MANY HOURS DO I GET WITH EACH PACKAGE?

There are no predetermined sets of necessary hours for the BASIC package. Hours are determined based on your needs after initial assessment. We can make recommendations on number of hours needed per month after reviewing your infrastructure.

However, the STANDARD and STANDARD(PRO) services come with a relatively small minimum number of hours a month to receive the reduced pricing per hour. These contractual number of hours will be billed every month in addition to any other service you take advantage of.
