The Network Change Analyst will: - Facilitate the Network Protection Policy to minimize risk and exposure to network and revenue customers.- Ensure maintenance tickets are accurately submitted with required data to meet compliance and are designed to improve the stability of the network or provide controlled expansion or addition of services and/or network equipment.- Provide analytic oversight of maintenance tickets to manage and alert to resource or cross service collisions, analyzes the overall impact to customers across a converged network.- Be responsible for organizing, facilitating and chairing Change Advisory Board (CAB) calls with respective Stakeholders from Network Operations and Field Operations for de-confliction activity with coordination and facilitates in gaining collective approvals, impact and risk assessments for the Regional, Corporate and Enterprise wide change activities to ensure successful execution and completion of maintenance activity.- Be responsible for end to end coordination, facilitation and change request ticket submittal for vendor and carrier maintenance activities to ensure successful execution and completion.- Recommend changes to procedures and operations; suggests enhancements to systems used by the Change Control Department and presents proposed solutions with requirements in a detailed format, works with the OSS Development teams for successful implementation, documentation and communication to users.- Work with Project Management for enterprise launches / rollouts of maintenance activity, process implementation, training and communication as deemed necessary.- Provide a review of performance management of reporting metrics with analytical assessment to identify concerns or issues, provides reporting and facilitates resolution with communication. - Review Root Cause Analysis (RCA) incidents caused by maintenance activity to ensure respective resolution, tracking and reporting/auditing of improvements.- Be responsible for the observation, communication and alert of non-compliance of the Network Protection Policy to drive proactive, preventive maintenance and influence effective and efficient performance management practices.- Communicate and provide user training of Change Management tools and processes to ensure standardization and compliance. - Develop user guides and processes documents (internal/external) in a professional and detailed format.To apply, please submit your resume to hropp@LRS.com. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field- Minium of 3 years of experience documenting procedures and or network changes in a system such as Remedy- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Network Operations, Change Management, Telecommunications/Cable experience with understanding / knowledge of network protocols, architecture, Services, (IT/Network) preferred- Change Management, ITIL Service Management experience preferred- Certifications: Cisco Network, Microsoft, Six Sigma, ITIL foundation/ITIL Service Management, Business Process Management (BPM) or similar
