The Business Consultants will:- Partner with VPs and Senior Directors of Customer Departments to lead various activities required in the ongoing development of the Department’s strategic plan, associated portfolios, and implementation of initiatives against the plan. Be considered a business strategy/portfolio management expert responsible for driving analysis, recommendations, and delivery.- Facilitate and develop the Department’s (i.e., Communications and Social Business) strategic plan, capability roadmaps, portfolio management, and budget assessment for our Communications and Social Business Departments.- Formulate the measurement of strategic opportunities and programs through business case development gap assessments, and capability roadmaps.- Drive business within the Department by assessing needs and efficiencies that align with Corporate Strategies.- Drive the research, analysis and development support for new business opportunities.- Drive change within the business.- Lead and synthesize industry and competitive research analysis.- Lead the creation and deliver strategy presentations to Executives of the company.- Manage and support large-scale change initiatives.To apply, please submit your resume to hropp@LRS.com. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance or related field or 4+ years of relevant business work experience required- 5+ years of work experience in a Business and / or Information Technology environment leading teams, driving and delivering complex projects and programs required- Must have a minimum of 3 years of external consulting experience with Customers- Hands-on experience in portfolio resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting required- Experience in creating and delivering presentations at the Executive Level required- Experience in relationship building with all levels of teams and especially at the Executive Level- Experience leading projects and programs within cross functional business units, as well as projects and programs that involved external providers - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
- Graduate degree preferred- Experience monitoring value metrics to inform decisions that maximize returns across enterprise projects and programs preferred- Experience working with Business Leaders to develop project and program resourcing strategies to ensure optimum support for projects preferred- Experience in organizational change management, communications and social business departments preferred
