What's it like to work at LRS?

LRS respects and values every person along with the unique talents and abilities they bring to their jobs.

We celebrate our successes collectively and are constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to improve and grow. We realize it takes individuals and teamwork to meet the challenges of serving our customers on the ever-evolving technology landscape.

All employees are encouraged to contribute ideas. This is how we innovate new solutions and find better ways to do things.

Ethical behavior and individual employee integrity are essential to maintaining our reputation as a great place to work. In fact, LRS was named one of the best places to work in 2014 by the Springfield Business Journal. The employees nominated LRS for this honor—we think that says a lot about our organization when it's the employees who are proud of their workplace.

LRS also strives to hire Veterans. We developed the Heros at Work program to promote the inclusion of offering our service men and women equal opportunities for jobs.
